Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed in the scope described below by Gym Strongers Yaşam ve Spor Merkezi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Körfez Mah. Atakum Bulv. No:4, 55270 Atakum / Samsun) acting as data controller.
Personal Data Processed
Only the following is collected through the application form on this site: your name, your phone number and — if you choose to state it — the service you are interested in. Your IP address is also kept in server security logs.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed in order to respond to your free trial application, to arrange a suitable day and time, and to answer your requests for information. Unless separate marketing consent is obtained, this data is not used for marketing.
Legal Basis and Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically through your own completion of the form and is processed on the legal bases of Article 5/2-c ("directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract") and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
Transfers
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties, is not transferred abroad and is not shared for commercial purposes, other than legal obligations and requests from authorised public authorities.
Retention Period
Application data is deleted or anonymised within one year at the latest after your application is concluded; if a membership is established, the periods under the membership agreement apply.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to request its correction or deletion, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. You can send your requests to info@gymstrongers.com or make a written application to our facility address. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
