Reformer Pilates in Samsun Atakum
Reformer pilates makes movement controlled and measurable through spring-adjusted resistance. Because the load on the joints is low it suits a wide range of people, including those who do not exercise regularly. At Gym Strongers classes run in small groups; the instructor can follow each participant's form and set the spring resistance person by person.
How is it different from mat pilates?
In classic mat pilates the resistance comes from your own body weight, while on the reformer the springs act as both support and resistance. That lets you use the same movement as strength work and as flexibility work. Because the resistance can be raised in steps, you can follow your progress concretely.
How often should you do it?
Two sessions a week is a good starting point for most people. Even a single class can make a difference, but seeing clear results comes with regular repetition. As your body adapts to the spring resistance the instructor increases both resistance and movement variety together; that gradual progression keeps you interested and keeps you improving.
